Welcome to, ‘The Little Acorns’ class page. Mrs Booth is our teacher on Mondays, Tuesdays and every other Wednesday morning. Mrs Willis is our teacher on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Miss Allen and Mrs Poole are our teaching assistants.
Here you can find lots of information about the Little Acorns, as well as keeping up to date with all of the exciting things that we get up to throughout the school year.

Our Routines
Mondays – PE session – the children will need to come in wearing their PE kits.
Fridays – ‘Forest Friday’ – the children will be visiting Eco-Land and will need to come to school wearing jogging bottoms, a waterproof coat, sun hat/Winter hat and wellies.
Our Learning
Our classroom bears, Kai and Tilly, will deliver us a new book either weekly or fortnightly and the majority of our learning will revolve around it.
This term our topic is called ‘Marvellous Me’. In this topic we will be talking about all the things that make us ‘marvellous’ and how we are all different but all special. We will also be exploring our families and learning about the different countries that are important to us.
Our ‘Come and See’ topics for the Advent term are ‘Myself’ and ‘Welcome’. We have a weekly Come and See lesson as well as a class liturgical prayer on a Monday where we introduce the word of the week, share a story from the Bible and join together in saying special prayers to God.
