We are very fortunate to have an award winning on site Forest School at Holy Trinity known as ‘Eco-land’. This is a large designated area of land behind the main school playground.
Ecoland includes a designated outdoor classroom, an outdoor toilet, a seating area, a pond and a bird hide as well as a large open space for a range of environmental activities.
Spending time outdoors not only provides health benefits, but also improves children’s communication and language skills, their self esteem and confidence and encourages positive personal and social development.
Your child will benefit from regular Forest School sessions from Nursery to Year 6 embedded throughout our curriculum.
